MADISON & JORDAN | 9.04.21 Oglebay - Wheeling, WV

The pandemic put a pause on this wedding celebration - as it did many. Well, as the saying goes, some things are just worth the wait! So many moments from made me teary-eyed. From her dad’s breakdown seeing her in her gown to her groom’s tears as she walked down the isle. And then - that SPECTACULAR wedding cake? Seriously…have you EVER seen a Geode cake?? This wedding was just magnificent. Ceremony - The Cathedral of St. Joseph, Reception - Oglebay.

KAMERON & BRICE | 10.02.21 Barn With Inn - Wellsburg WV

From the proposal to the wedding we were there! Everything about this couple had amazing “special touches”. Brice even had a custom designed proposal book made for Kameron and I’ve never seen one like it! Chatman Neely of Highland Springs Farm & Barn With Inn did an amazing job of making Kameron and Brice’s wedding day an incredible, beautiful ceremony. If you want a rustic, outdoor ceremony with customized attention THIS is your venue!

ASHLEY & LOGAN | 10.09.21 Oglebay - Wheeling, WV

Ashley and Logan are SO centered and they have a deep commitment to love and family. Logan’s Best Man (during his speech) talked about how God centered Ashley and Logan’s relationship is. (Coming from a guy during a toast, this really stopped me in my tracks.) This truly isn’t something you normally hear during a toast and it was absolutely touching! As always, it’s such a pleasure photographing Oglebay weddings and, Ashley and Logan, we thank you for choosing us to capture the first day of your #matchmadeinmelvin and we wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!

ELIZABETH & BLAKE | 10.23.21 Oglebay - Wheeling, WV

I remember the moment I saw their engagement announced - immediately thought to myself…”I sure hope they call me to shoot the wedding!” Imagine my glee when Elizabeth’s mom called me :) From engagement photos to designing their super classy invitations to their amazing big day everything was absolutely perfect. Hats off to the Oglebay staff who have worked tirelessly throughout the crazy wedding season. There are so many “behind the scenes” people who help create the magic. Wishing Elizabeth and Blake all the best! Thank you for putting your trust in us to capture your fairy tale wedding!

JULIA & BRANDON

Having Tamara and Jeff capture our wedding day is a decision we will be happy with for the rest of our lives! They are so easy going, accommodating, and not to mention, fun to work with! Taking tons of pictures with them is painless - yet they might just make you cry when you see how beautiful your photographs are! Thank you so much!

ALAINA & ALEX | WEIRTON WV

I’ve known Alaina since she was a little girl. She’s now a beautiful young woman who married her soul mate. Alex is perfect and together they are magic! Their wedding took place at Sacred Heart of Mary (Weirton, WV) on a crisp, yet beautifully sunlit day on March 11th. After the ceremony, their elegant reception took place at the St. Florian Hall in Wintersville, OH. Catering by Piergallini’s, Flowers by Fern Landesberg-Myers, music and entertainment by the fabulous Jonathan Mihellis of Finest Events.

TESSA & CARL

The moment I sat down with Carl and Tessa I knew their wedding day was going to be spectacular. Elegant. We had the opportunity to shoot in a church we had never been in before (which is rare) and what a gem! St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Steubenville, OH is absolutely gorgeous. The wedding was followed by a spectacular reception held at Williams Country Club in Weirton, WV. Despite a little bit of rain, the day was perfect. Carl is all about surprises – and the big one of the day was a horse drawn carriage provided by Carriage Limousine Service.
We were so honored that Carl and Tessa chose us to document their big day!

GWEN & ALEX | WEIRTON, WV

Gwen and Alex have a true love story. Mature couples have a very special way about them and the love that surrounds them is contagious! I will always remember their Anniversary as they got married on my “adoption” birthday. Alex is a retired fire-fighter and wore his dress uniform for the wedding. Quite dapper! The ceremony was at the Kings Creek Chapel and the reception at the Chapel’s hall.
